Montpelier Art Walk
Northfield illustrator Hilary Glass will be our featured artisan during June's Montpelier Art Walk. She'll share her whimsical creatures, both real and imagined. Her narrative works explore how these creatures relate to the world.
Hilary uses a variety of media and methods when creating her work, including pen and ink, graphite, colored pencils, printmaking, and watercolor and gouache paints.

PoemCity 2026
Montpelier's PoemCity was started in 2010 by the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in celebration of National Poetry Month. Visitors to downtown Montpelier can find Vermonter-written poems posted in storefront windows throughout the month. In addition, community events are held such as a kid's open mic poetry night, book launches, and poetry readings.

Waterbury jeweler Rachael Wells will be our featured artisan for Montpelier Art Walk. She’ll share her process, demonstrate how she creates her pieces, and works with metal and stones.

During October’s Montpelier Art Walk at Artisans Hand, we will feature our newest exhibitor, photographer Phil Bobrow. Phil is from Waitsfield, Vermont.

During Montpelier Art Walk at Artisans Hand, Jeff and Ellen Falsgraf of Vermont Spoon will demonstrate how they create their hand-carved wooden kitchen utensils. Their studio is in Richmond, Vermont.
