Five Under Ten!
Welcome to Artisans Hand's limited series we're calling "Five Under". In these posts, we're highlighting gifts that you can get this holiday season at specific price points.
Today we're looking at Five Under $10.00.
First, we have goat's milk soap by Elmore Mountain Farm. The goat's milk is sourced from Vermont dairies and contains vitamins that make it great for the skin. The combination of all natural ingredients results in a bar that lathers well and doesn't dry out skin. $5.95 each.
Woven chenille pouches by Maggie Neale are perfect for tucking away your treasures. Maggie uses the loom like a paintbrush, blending assorted colors and patterns into elegant textiles. Not only are her pouches soft, but they’re also durable. $6.00 and $8.00 each.
Jess Polanshek of Polanshek of the Hills creates whimsical creatures that will capture your imagination. She has a knack for finding beauty in the subtleties of the natural world and her pocket mirrors feature her original watercolor illustrations. $9.00 each.
Next, we have Pewter Milagros by Danforth Pewter. Milagros are religious folk charms that are traditionally used for healing purposes. While these are made of pewter, Milagros can be made from other materials (ex. gold, tin), depending on local customs. $5.00 each.
Lastly, we have suncatchers by Hank Schwartz of Hot Glass Works. The design is carved in reverse out of graphite and then stamped into molten glass. The suncatchers come in assorted sizes, colors, and designs. Snowmen, hearts, maple leaves, cows - you name it, Hank makes it. $7.00 each.
Don't forget that we also have gift certificates that can be issued in any amount.
We look forward to seeing you in the gallery and would love to help you to find that perfect (affordable) gift!
