“Local Art in Local Shops” Panel Discussion Next Week

On April 29 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., Eliza West of Eliza West Makes and Elena Gustavson of Magpie & Tiger are hosting Local Art in Local Shops. This free event will bring together artists and business owners to discuss what is often a mutual goal - how do we get more local art in local shops?

The evening will start with a short panel featuring two local artists (Hilary Glass of Hilaryannlove Studio and Kelly MacMahon of May Day Studio) and two local business owners (Elissa Campbell of Blue Roof Designs and Artisans Hand Craft Gallery and Jennifer Hubbard of Moss Home Goods) talking honestly about what they need, what works, and what gets in the way. This will be followed by mingling and snacking.
