Claire stated that she chose the Vermont Holstein Cowbird because she enjoys its humor. It shows a different side of the artist's personality - Gary usually only creates authentic species of birds.

She also likes that this type of bird can only be found in Vermont. Claire added that she proudly bought the first one herself.
