Mind Your Own (Arts) Business

One week from today (April 16), the Vermont Crafts Council is presenting its annual marketing conference, Mind Your Own (Arts) Business. It will be held at the White River Craft Center in Randolph, Vermont from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

During the morning session, you'll learn the basics of telling your story as an artist and how to take eye-catching images of your work.

In the afternoon session, there will be a panel discussion with a focus on ways you can use your skills to diversify your income. Arts businesses will share creative ways to generate revenue when sales are low at the usual galleries, exhibits, or events.
